GrandTotal comparison, October 2026
Customers and projects, GrandTotal and MacBusinessSuite
Both apps keep customers, contacts and projects. MacBusinessSuite goes further toward a CRM and project tool: a sales pipeline, a log of calls, mails and meetings, an IMAP mailbox that turns mail into tickets, and a Kanban board per project. For GrandTotal, a pipeline, tickets and a mailbox are not documented; it offers customer statistics, labels, project budgets and to-dos.
